Adam Van Winkle is the founder of TSG, a trailblazing brokerage that emphasizes cost-efficiency and superior support for real estate agents. Entering the real estate industry in 2010 with a vision initially geared towards mortgage services, Adam quickly pivoted to real estate brokerage upon recognizing a niche for a virtual sales platform. His professional journey is marked by the founding of TSG in 2018 and the subsequent launch of TSG Lending, which caters to the pre-approval and loan funding needs of agents.

Adam’s leadership has steered TSG from its inception as a modest operation to a thriving agency with ninety agents and over 500 closed transactions, showcasing a robust growth trajectory in both residential and commercial real estate sectors. His approach has consistently focused on creating a conducive environment for agents, believing that proper support naturally leads to successful closings.

Outside the professional realm, Adam enjoys a dynamic lifestyle that encompasses a variety of interests from snowboarding and playing pool to engaging in DIY projects with old wood.
