Yes. Our flat-fee model and flexible structure are ideal for part-time agents, referral agents, and full-time agents alike. There are no production minimums or volume-based penalties, so you can build your business at your own pace.

You’ll pay a flat $45 per month with a 90/10 commission split. There are no start-up fees, and once you hit $10,000 in admin fees for the year, you keep 100% of your commission for the remainder of that calendar year.

No problem. TSG doesn’t charge transaction-based minimums or volume penalties. You continue paying the same low monthly fee and retain access to all support and tools, even during slower seasons.

At TSG, agents receive direct access to our broker, Adam Van Winkle, and a trusted transaction coordinator. Every closing also includes E&O coverage at no additional cost. Yes. TSG supports agent branding and team growth. You can market yourself or your team under your own name while staying fully compliant with TSG’s brokerage standards.

Agents earn TSG Bucks with every closing at no cost, which can be applied toward reducing their TSG admin fees.

We make onboarding quick and easy. Once you commit to joining, we’ll help you transfer your license, order your materials, and get set up in our systems. Most agents are fully onboarded within 24 to 48 hours.

There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. If you decide TSG isn’t right for you, you’re free to leave at any time. We’ll support you through the transition and ensure everything is wrapped up professionally.
